These terms cover the website and associated services in Switzerland, Europe, the United Kingdom and the United States only. Delivery services are provided by KLP DIFFUSION Sàrl and shipped by our Carrier.

The terms used in these GTC with a capital letter have the following meanings:
GTC: General Terms and Conditions of Sale
Customer: an adult natural person with legal capacity, or failing that the legal representatives of minors or legally incapable persons, wishing to use the Service provided by the Company, having Internet access and an email address.
Order: the final confirmation by the Customer wishing to purchase the Products on the Website, in return for full payment of the Price, in accordance with these GTC.
Validated Order / Order Validation: the moment when the Company validates the Order, automatically or after additional checks.
Party: the Company or the Customer
Parties: the Company and the Customer
Price: total price including all taxes as indicated on the Website
Product(s): all products including, in particular, textiles, ready-to-wear, leather goods, shoes, jewellery, accessories, decoration, furniture and perfumes.
Service: product sales service offered by the Company via the Website.

The Website and associated services are made available in accordance with these terms. We invite you to read these terms carefully before placing any Order.
We reserve the right to amend the GTC at any time. If you do not accept the amended terms, you must stop using the Website.
The Customer guarantees the accuracy of the information provided during registration and undertakes to keep it up to date.
The Company may suspend or withdraw access to the Website, temporarily or permanently, without notice and without liability.
Any purchase of a Product on the Website constitutes the conclusion of a contract between the Customer and KLP DIFFUSION Sàrl.
Any Order constitutes an offer to purchase subject to acceptance by the Company. Products placed in the shopping cart are not reserved.
Final acceptance occurs upon shipment of the Order and the sending of the confirmation email.
Products are invoiced only upon shipment. Transactions are retained for at least one year.
Prices are indicated in Swiss francs, euros or dollars, inclusive of VAT, excluding delivery charges.
Bank or exchange fees may be applied by the Customer’s payment institution.
Payment is accepted by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, etc.) or by any other method indicated on the Website.
The Company uses secure payment systems to protect banking data.
Delivery is carried out by the Carrier selected at the time of Order. Ownership of the Products is transferred to the Customer after full payment and delivery.
In the event of a missing or damaged Product, the Customer must follow the return procedure provided.
A shipment confirmation email is sent with a tracking number. A signature is required upon delivery.
Delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on destination, customs constraints or cases of force majeure.
Orders shipped outside Switzerland may be subject to customs duties and additional taxes payable by the Customer.
In accordance with European regulations, the Customer has a period of 14 days to exercise the right of withdrawal, subject to legal exceptions.
Products must be returned unused, in their original condition, with all labels and packaging.
All content of the Website is protected by intellectual property laws.
The liability of the Company is limited to direct and foreseeable damages, up to the amount of the Order.
Personal data is processed in accordance with the data protection policy, available on the Website.
The Company may assign its rights and obligations without affecting the Customer’s rights.
No partnership, agency or employment relationship is created between the Customer and the Company.
Failure to exercise a right does not constitute a waiver of that right.
If any clause is held to be invalid, the remaining clauses shall remain applicable.
Any Order constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these GTC.
These GTC are governed by Swiss law. Any dispute is subject to the courts of the canton of Geneva.
